Technical Support Agent (French or German)

Upclick is looking for a Technical Agent with perfect French or German to join our team:

Primary responsibilities:

• Optimize PC performance on Windows and MAC environment;
• Install, support, troubleshoot software, hardware, and basic network issues;
• Provide general computer support to new or existing clients in chat, call back clients if necessary;
• Ability to diagnose and understand complex issues on Windows and MAC environment;
• Log all remote sessions received and prioritize issues on a daily basis;
• Provide outstanding customer service on every contact.

Skills and Attributes:

• Ability to research issues and find solutions autonomously;
• Excellent prioritization and self-management skills;
• Excellent communication skills in French or German is a must (written and verbal);
• The ability to work well with others;
• Eager to help clients;
• Patience.

Qualifications:

• Advanced French or German level;
• Technical/customer support experience will be a plus;
• Proficiency with Windows and Mac operating system and software;
• Sales experience will be a plus.
