Customer Experience/Travel Specialist

POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure and execute the full scope of travel arrangements to internal and external clients;
• Support travelers to create expense reports and handle reimbursements;
• Meeting and greeting potential/current clients at the office;
• Reception and processing of incoming/outgoing e-mails/chats;
• Clients and employees request processing;
• Supporting relationships with vendors and travel agencies;
• Lunches & coffee break arrangement;
• Support in team buildings execution & organization;
• Interaction with all departments and offices of the company.

REQUIREMENTS

• A strong Intermediate level of English written&spoken is a must;
• Presentable appearance, friendly and cheerful disposition, positive life attitude;
• Client-oriented mindset and responsible attitude to work;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian and international travel market, regulations, customs, and currencies;
• Good understanding of expense reporting and processing;
• Strong problem-solving approach and stress resistance;
• Proficiency in MS Office Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.;
• Knowledge of the visa processing process is a plus;
• Experience in working with CRM, JIRA, and chatbots is a plus.
