The British International School Ukraine is seeking a Head of Marketing
Liaises with:
- Internally: Heads of Schools, Directors, Managers
- Externally: students, parents, groups and organisations within the wider community including partners and media.
Job Purpose: Head of Marketing is a key role at conveying and promoting the school’s mission, vision and brand stories internally and externally, thus generating positive word-of-moth, building a loyal parent, student and teacher base and conquering the hearts & minds of our potential customers. You will work closely with senior leadership team to shape a school’s image and values, as well as define the marketing strategy and campaigns communicate them to the public.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & brand strategy
Lead on marketing and brand strategy including establishing effective budgeting, execution and performance measurement frameworks.
Be the brand champion and continuously convey brand’s mission, vision and values in different touchpoints.
Continue working on customer value proposition, messaging and persona refinement driving insights via social media listening, consumer interviews, survey and trend analysis.
Develop a weekly report of all marketing activities and a Marketing Dashboard with the main KPIs.
Digital marketing
Lead on the paid search, social media and digital partnership opportunities to drive student enrolment
Manage company’s websites via CMS, create new pages, improve existing content as well as come up with the conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
Manage the CRM and all email marketing activities
Build excellent Social Media presence with engaging content
Come up with innovative and creative ideas to develop new channels.
Marketing campaigns
Lead on development of multi-channel campaigns using offline and digital channels
Organise offline and online events to attract new and retain existing customers
Deliver highly creative concepts, impeccable on-brand execution, strong digital presence and commercial results.
Create a process to effectively execute the multi-channel campaigns leveraging the agencies and freelancers
Work with faculty the Head of Schools and Directors to communicate key messages to parents and students.
Customer funnel
Work to deeply understand the overall customer journey and customer funnel assuring that brand is communicating effectively at every stage.
Create customer funnel reporting and measuring conversion using Google Analytics
Coming up with the initiatives to increase the conversion on different stages of customer funnel
Key requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in international company
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, PR
Proficiency in Ukrainian and English
Digital Marketing experience is a must
Outstanding creativity and strong communication skills
Excellent time management and organisation as well as project management skills
Positive outlook and can-do attitude
Ability to work effectively with agencies and freelancers
Experience managing a team and working with other departments
