Team Assistant

We are looking for a full-timeTeam Assistant with English and German language skills.

Requirements:

• Fluent English and German are essential (written and verbal).
• Higher education (degree in translation from English and German).
• Effective communication skills.
• Able to work in team.

Your main tasks will include:

• Translating from/to English and German;
• Handling phone calls;
• Office management;
• Word processing, filing, copying and faxing.;
• Receiving, handling and distribution of correspondence;
• Arranging of business trips of the team;
• Assisting to the team.
