Email-маркетолог (Retention)

We are looking for omnichanel E-mail Specialist (Retention) with experience in fintech, blockchain, crypto.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for key conversion points in the marketing funnel.
• Make recommendations backed by data, to improve the post-install communication strategy.
• Manage and optimize existing email and push notification chains.
• Manage and improve analytics to track results and report accurate data for retention campaigns.
• A/B test and continually measure the performance of CTAs, email chains, and push notifications.
• Conduct, analyze, and report A/B test results, insights, and learnings to the Head of Marketing and the wider business.
• Maintain and update performance reports.
• Conduct polls, surveys, and other activities to get product feedback from our users.
• Suggest tools required to manage and measure retention activities.
• Identify and drive incremental revenue from existing customers at key stages of their relationship with us.
• Increase engagement with existing customers to increase repeat transactions and Lifetime Value.
• Manage and deliver bigger/innovative testing ideas that look for both revenue and user experience improvements.

Requirements:

• Experienced in managing retention and conversion optimization with a solid understanding of one to one communication using push and emails;
• Knowledge of messaging platforms like, MailChimp, GetVero, Customer.io, etc.;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English;
• Good listening, observation, and learning skills;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Goal-oriented with demonstrated proficiency with numbers and data;
• Able to work collaboratively across teams;
