Operations Manager in Tech Startup

Cotano is a U.S. / Ukrainian startup with 10x growth intention. We create a sales solution for people in enterprises like Glovo, Leroy Merlin, and Oriflame. We want people to never forget their relationships because this brings happiness.

What You’ll Do

• Control operational processes execution (costs tracking, contract & invoice management). 

• Assist founder & CEO in research, presentations, and recruitment.

• Organize digital document data storage & manage it.

• Create the cutting-edge product with the team (UX, design).

• Manage suppliers (office rent, food delivery).

What You'll Need

• High level of autonomy and self-management.

• Results-oriented mindset: you are excited about fueling the 10x growth and success of Cotano by valuing results higher than pure process (although, we love process).

• Experience in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

• Intermediate level of written & speaking English.

• Design skills (or desire to) will be a bold plus.
