Office 365 Engineer

Virtuace is looking for Office 365 Engineer  to join our team.

Client is a global specialty provider of property and casualty insurance and reinsurance that has more than $110 billion USD in total assets along with $17 billion USD in net assets.

Responsibilities:

• Engineer and implement Microsoft O365 capabilities as the company expands;
• Provide tier 3 support and management of the end-to-end O365 environment;
• Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with production lifecycle methodology and risk/change management guidelines;
• Provide technical mentoring to other team members and actively participate in architecture reviews/ strategic development activities.

Requirements:

• Must have Microsoft O365 certifications;
• Hands on experience engineering and administering O365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, Office, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Azure, Scripting, Active Directory, Archiving Services);
• Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python, automation);
• Experience with Cisco-based Unified Communications and Collaboration technologies (i.e. WebEx);
• Experience with O365 User, license, and group management;
• Familiarity with security components specific to Azure Information Protection (AIP), Data Leakage Prevention (DLP), Advanced eDiscovery and Conditional Access capabilities;
• Exposure to other infrastructure areas including: Active Directory, VMware, Storage, Backup & Recovery, SQL Server, Azure Cloud Services, etc.;
• Strong hands-on technical skills, an analytical problem-solving mindset, delivery focus and client-orientation are all critical for this role.
