HR Specialist

American Transportation Company is offering a position of HR Specialist

Your responsibilities will include:?

•         Preparing and updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating;
•         Explaining human resources policies, procedures, and standards to new and existing employees;
•         Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed;
•         Communicating with existing drivers in order to solve their daily issues concerning the salary, safety, work organization etc;
•         Participate in development and implementation of innovative workforce retention programs.

Essential Qualifications:

•         English level — upper-intermediate
•         A team player
•         Result-oriented and responsible person
•         Strong communication skills
•         Good negotiation and problem-solving skills

Work Hours requirements:

•         Monday-Friday (4pm — 1am)
•         Position Type: Full-Time
