Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Law;

• Advanced English level (including legal drafting);

• Ready to hire students

• 1+ years of relevant experience will be a plus;

• Excellent academic credentials in law;

• Fast learner;

• A keen eye for detail;

• Ability to stand ground.

Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of contract with partners;

• Revision of agreements (both local and international), being prepared by different departments of the Company, ensuring they are fully compliant with internal contract management procedure and current legislation. Providing legal advice regarding execution of agreements;

• Analyses of current legal risks, development and implementation of the risk mitigation plan (in the area of personal data protection and consumer rights protection in USA, Europe);

• Communication with partners, legal companies, service provider on legal issues in different jurisdictions;

• Cooperation with project managers, developers, analysts and marketers in order to identify and mitigate potential legal risks;

• Drafting and revising contracts, terms of use, privacy policies and other legal documents;

• Protection of content from copying, working with trademarks;
