An International Online Marketing Company is looking for a pro-active, self-motivated, positive and high-responsible Junior Finance Administrator to join our Kharkiv office. In this role you will be a part of the Administrative Team and will cover office finance responsibilities. The main thing here to be successful is flexibility and willingness to take a challenge every day, and then no chance to wallow into routine!
Responsibilities:
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments.
Communicate with the Landlord and third party facility services
Managing office budgets, ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Taking part in opening and maintaining PEs
Maintaining documentation and record keeping
Assisting to Finance manager with invoicing systems
Assisting to Finance manager with payment systems
Requirements:
Economical education
Upper Intermediate level of English or higher
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize working processes
Strong organizational and planning skills, attention to details, high sense of responsibility
Active participation in the life of the team and Company
Creative approach to solving issues, positive and optimistic attitude towards working
Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office package, Google suit, additional software is a plus)
