GFL is looking for HR People Partner, who loves to work with people,organize processes, develop company’s culture and wants to join our team!
Qualifications & experience needed:
- 3+ years of experience as HR in the IT industry
- Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding, adaptation, performance reviews, 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement and retention, dismissal);
- Good command of English is a must;
- Experience with coaching tools/approaches.

- Excellent interpersonal skills, you can always find a common language with everyone, negotiation skills;
- Strong decision-making skills, planning and organisational skills;
- Psychological or sociological education will be a plus.
Challenges you’ll meet:- Onboarding of new specialists;
- Holding one-to-one meetings with employees;
- Holding reviews after the probation periods, regular performance and compensation reviews;
- Monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement;
- Taking part in organization of internal corporate events (now - in remote mode);
- Communication with all levels of managers;
- Responds to organizational changes, employees' or managers’ needs, complains, wishes, creating solutions to challenges.
