Senior Affiliate Manager

Intro

This exciting new role is available as we look to recruit an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our team. You will manage a team and the overall affiliate program, whilst also caring for affiliate accounts, building relationships with key partners across the world. You will be expected to monitor the overall program performance and will be responsible for the program KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Managing and training a team of Affiliate Managers
• Growing the program and responsible for ensuring KPIs are met
• Liaising with the affiliate system provider to ensure all needs are met
• Maintaining and developing new and existing affiliate accounts and ensuring that all tracking is in place and working correctly to enable full optimisation of accounts.
• Connect with key affiliate partners daily
• Implement strategies to increase quantity, quality and yield from affiliates
• Participate in industry events and keep updated on industry trends
• Problem solving and analytical skills.
• Report to the Head of Marketing

Experience

• Minimum 3+ years account management experience within the iGaming industry
• Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
• Experience with multiple markets is an advantage
• Proven track record of successfully handling key accounts
• Problem solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of affiliation systems
• Possesses strong sales and negotiation skills
• Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
• Has drive and ambition to really make a difference
• Strong written and spoken English essential

Bonus: Up to 35% of salary quarterly based on KPIs to be set
