BETER is a rapidly growing product company. 

We create competitive content supplemented with analytics.

For more than 3 years we have been organizing sports tournaments, broadcasts, and developing our own sports community. We hold 20+ thousand events per month in esports and classic sports.
BETER products are known all over the world - there are 152 countries with an audience of 20+ million viewers.

We make a product using technology and entertainment.
To stay at the top positions in our niche, we write software for our needs, relying on data: tools for organizing and managing tournaments, analytical tools, our own CRM.

Now we are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will develop our brand on the international market.

Responsibilities:

  • Brand ownership (positioning, identity, budget, promo, website, etc.);
  • Plan, develop and implement communication and brand strategy to expand the brand impression and international market share;
  • Plan and analyse marketing campaigns and brand positioning strategies;
  • Сonduct ongoing market, trend, competitive, and customer analysis
  • Support consistency of brand communication in media and partnerships, etc.;
  • Supervise the creation of promotional materials: creatives, messages, preparation of scripts for promotional videos, etc.; 
  • Improve customer journey and marketing funnels,
  • Organize participation in international exhibitions; 
  • B2B marketing (sales-marketing support, marketing kits, trade marketing);
  • Set tasks to the internal and external teams, control over implementation. 

We expect our candidate: 

  • Has 5 years of experience as a brand marketing specialist or similar position; 
  • Has experience in b2b marketing for at least 2 years; 
  • Has 2+ years of experience in managing teams and projects;
  • Has skills of building a brand and communication from scratch; 
  • Has practical experience in the use of different marketing tools; 
  • Strive for improvement of metrics, processes, an introduction of new technologies; 
  • Has experience in work with projects from the inception of an idea to its successful implementation;
  • Advanced English level.
