Senior Delphi Developer

Itera is looking for a Senior Delphi Developer who will join our Norwegian customer, second largest producer of renewable electricity in Norway (company name BKK), with 180,000 grid customers. Technology stack mostly consists of Delphi (Tokyo), RAD Server, etc. In addition, project has well-defined service layer. Our team believe in Scrum and use it on daily basis. The scope of work could be dedicated to quite different modules, integration, migrations work. 

We are looking for an open-minded person, who confess continuous self-development and able to solve challenging tasks under the guidance\support or by himself. Who will be in touch with Norwegian managers and tech leads. This position is an ideal for those who are looking for opportunity to work with latest versions\stack of Delphi.

Tasks and responsibilities:

•  Communicate with customer, gather technical requirements
• Implement software development solution and modules
• Deliver high-quality code
• Writing and maintaining technical documentation

 Professional requirements:

•  At least 5 years’ experience in software development
• Experience with Delphi (Tokyo), ORACLE PL\SQL, RAD Server, Web Services, VCL Library
• Experience creating Web Services, supporting Desktop applications (WIN\Mac), services integration, REST API 
• Knowledge of unit testing, CI/CD process
• English: Intermediate or higher. You must be able to talk to Norwegian managers regularly.
• Good OOP / OOD skills and good quality of produced code

Be a plus:

•  Knowledge of RED
• Knowledge of modelling business processes
• Previous experience of work within the AGILE environment
