MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead cross-functional team according to established processes while tightly collaborate with the stakeholders on customer’s side
• Take active participation in requirements discussion, analyzing and estimation efforts
• Suggest technical and functional improvements to add value to the product
• Perform code review
• Drive the team
• Proactively raise technical risks and suggest measures against them

EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Must:

• 1+ years of TL experience
• 5+ years of commercial web-development experience
• Strong JavaScript & TypeScript skills
• Strong skills in React / Redux
• Understanding of REST architecture
• Experience in writing unit-tests
• HTML/CSS
• Good knowledge of all phases of development lifecycle
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate level of English (verbal and written)

Considered as a big plus:

• Experience with MobX / RxJS
• Knowledge of micro-frontends architecture
• Strong product eye & understanding of typical web UX
