We are looking for Editor-in-Chief to join our entertainment website. The main goal is to create and manage a strong content production team and to be responsible for regular articles' publishing for English-speaking users. 

Required skills:

• Ability to create and manage processes, standards and internal communication inside a team;

• Past experience in media management;

• Fluent English;

• Experience of a remote team management;

• Ability to create high-quality and engaging articles;

• Deep knowledge of current content trends;

• Open to new challenges and full of optimism. 

The main goal is to manage a remote content production team in order to produce high-quality content in a timely manner. Hence your key tasks will be: 

• Audit current content production processes and optimize it in order to improve the quality of content;

• Manage a team of remote writers and content researchers; 

• Control the quality of content according to the ideas brought by content researchers, proofreading;

• Explore USA media market and bring new practices to your team;

• Active engagement in project development.
