Marketing and Communications Specialist

In the office at Mala Oleksandrivka near Kyiv in our subsidiary in Ukraine we have a vacancy - for a Marketing and Communications Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and communicate marketing plans and strategies for projects, including company websites and social media
• Social media management and analytics of the company's social media channels/campaigns and their performance
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to support marketing offline and online/social media activities
• Maintain detailed tracking reports across all channels of company posts and optimization activities
• Stay current with social media best practices/trends to increase engagement and develop new followers
• Marketing communications support - manage requests for internal and external news items and other content, including drafting articles for the external website and internal newsletter; processing content for distribution in a timely manner
• Coming up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials according to the company brand style
• Develop POSM marketing materials in collaboration with the Sales department and according to the Company branding guidelines.
• Manage business and media surveys

Requirements:

• A university degree in marketing, advertising, communication, journalism or agronomy
• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications and media relations
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with effectively demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, assertiveness, and results orientation.
• Computer literate (MS Office at above average level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); good knowledge in Graphic/Design software (Corel, Adobe, other) is an advantage
• Driving license category B.
• Above average knowledge of English language is essential.
