We are looking for a team leader for our sales and customer support team in e-commerce.

The main tasks will be as follows:
1. Working with the team:
putting the tasks;
checking results;
having control over the processes in general;
sharing experience of those who make it well;
providing assistance to those who need it;
working with KPI’s;
bringing new knowledge to improve the skills of the team.
2. Administration of the team’s schedule.
3. Permanent research of the ways to simplify, systemize and register the schemes of work.
4. Hiring and training of new employees.
5. Ability to join the team or provide assistance whatever the task might be if it’s needed.
The qualities we expect to see:
fluent English;
attention to details;
strong empathy (that's really important);
understanding of what the good service is;
sense of purpose, result-oriented;
ability to work with feedback, not always positive.
