Position Title:  Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a  25-35 years old Front Desk Receptionist.

• 900 EURO - 1100 EURO salary depends on experience.

A  probation period of one month is required and the salary during the probation period would be  500 EURO.

After a successful acquisition, our company has grown and now offers healthcare products and beauty services to the tourism industry. We offer a variety of supplements, vitamins, minerals, diet pills, and services such as beauty and spa treatments.

In business, the first face-to-face experience will make a lasting impression. A front desk should offer each and every guest a warm welcome. The mannerisms, appearance, and language used by the front desk attendant can send signals to guests. Customers want front desk receptionists who have a neat appearance and who can be charming, witty, and graceful in dealing with others. Therefore It is vital for us to have the right person in this role.

Pre-service in the field is desirable but it is not a requirement as you will be thoroughly trained. English language lessons also can be offered in order to improve your spoken English. This active role enables you to work in a fun and stimulating environment, within beautiful surroundings, and to work with a wide variety of people. To be considered for this role, you must be available to work evenings and some weekends.

Our preferred candidates may be required to undergo pre-employment screening which will include drug testing and, for some roles, health screening.

.COMPETENCIES AND JOB REQUIREMENTS

• To greet guests in a warm, friendly manner and anticipate their needs as they approach the desk.
• Must display a neat, clean, and attractive personal appearance
• Responsible, Trustworthy, and Empathetic
• Direct guests upon arrival, provide them with the information they need and answer other questions as best they can.
• Take and confirm reservations in person and through an online platform.
• Deals with complaints and problems with a positive attitude
• Provide information on in house facilities and tourist information
• Answering screening and forwarding incoming phone calls;
• Perform other duties as they might be assigned

EDUCATION

• Completed High School degree with 3 years of previous work experience; 
• or, a College Diploma from an accredited academic institution.

EXPERIENCE

Pre-service in the field is desirable but it is not a requirement as you will be thoroughly trained.

LANGUAGES

English language lessons can be offered in order to improve your spoken English. You will learn also some basic Greek words & phrases.
