Marketing/Manager Assistant

Astash is a small, family-owned digital agency based in the United States. Our primary services include web design and search engine optimization, but we also offer social media marketing, paid ads, and branding. With only a little over two years on the market, we are looking for an extraordinary person to add to our team and help this company grow. The right candidate will gain experience working on a variety of projects from small businesses all the way up to US national enterprises in many different industries. You will learn advanced SEO technologies and will utilize custom made programs for analyzing marketing performance and creating client reports. Moreover, you will be working with the team directly to organize and optimize workflow for better results.

Required: Fluent in written English

Preferred:

• marketing experience
• experience as a manager
• philological/marketing education (also, English teacher)
• fluent in spoken English

Responsibilities:

Assistant Manager tasks:

• business/professional written English;
• writing and answering client emails, social media comments, reviews, chat messages;
• amazon store maintenance;
• monitoring and editing online information;
• assistance in the organization of tasks and projects in asana; sorting digital files and organizing data;
• assistance in HR and team communications, setting up the appointments and team meetings;
• effectively communicate the management's directions and important decisions;
• monitoring employees work performance and assisting in performance review;
• assistance in setting up the company's goals and timelines;
• assistance in setting employees' and contractors' tasks based on the schedule, budget, and priority.

Marketing Assistant tasks:

• Social Media Management; running paid ads & event promotions on Facebook & Instagram;
• SEO analysis and monitoring of client/competition data in multiple SEO platforms;
• preparation of reports for clients and presentations for the manager;
• preparation of tutorials on how to read SEO data and assistance in writing documentation for employees and clients;
• assistance in website content management & review;
• assistance in researching topics and writing/translating blog posts;
• managing tasks in custom development programs;
• assistance in anchor research and link building;

Working conditions:

• 3 months testing period;
• paid vacation and bonuses discussed after the first 3 months;
• flexible working hours full time (40 hours week) but needs to be available from 4 PM to 8 PM Kyiv time at least 4 weekdays a week (5 preferred)

• English - a fluent level for writing and translation, sufficient for speech;
