We announce vacant position Group Key Account Manager Mass

Key responsibilities:

  • Overall development of RB Mass business with assigned group of customers, i.e. for business & profitability KPI’s, overall level of collaboration with our customers and execution of RB sales and marketing activities.
  • Development of customer tailored yearly joint Business Plans.
  • Strategy development:
  • Identified Mid-term 3Y strategy for Modern Trade Mass
  • Cultivate culture of Joint Business planning with KA’s.
  • People Leadership:
  • Leads team of KAM’s across Ukraine
  • Design relevant development plans for the team
  • Motivates and engages team
  • Business deliverables:
  • Identifies major business opportunities and implements Company’s sales and marketing programs in the assigned customers by analyzing customer strategy, performance and conditions via his/her team
  • Within planning process contributes to development of main KPI’s (Sell in & Sales out, Customer stock level, Investment level, Sales KPI’s), and delivers it
  • Works on delivering best in class customer service level
  • Budget Management:
  • Within identified Commercial Policy and budget objectives develops annual budget outlook for assigned customers, manages it to deliver sales and activity plans within the budget limits. Takes appropriate corrective action to ensure budget objectives are met.
  • Customer management:
  • Leads negotiations with TOP customers within annual negotiation campaign & activity alignment process, with assigned customers via team
  • Manages relations with TOP customer to ensure positive, mutually beneficial interactions with the customer which improve business performance
  • Interactions with X-Functional Team:
  • Executes X-F team recommendations

We expect:

  • Demonstrable experience in negotiating and meeting client’s requirements
  • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills
  • Individual Contributor with the requirement of having strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate team members
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Upper-Intermediate English
