We are looking for a mature PM who can level up our physical PL products on Amazon (Germany, UK, EU). We need you to oversee search, launch and development of new mass-market products. Also, you will be in charge of existing accounts health and their sales performance.
Requirements
- Min 2 years of proven work experience in Amazon PL company/project
- Hands-on experience in account management and/or launching new eCommerce products
- Tech-savvy in product search and competitor analysis
- Know how to work on customer feedback and product reviews to improve customer service, products, and their listings, as well as account performance metrics
- Profitability analysis: expenses, сheck of net/gross profit
- English B2+, Russian C2 (spoken and written)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
- Creativity – you can take complex and make it simple
- Analytical mindset with genuine attention to details
- Outstanding troubleshooting and soft skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of German – this asset nice to have, but not necessary
- Sales experience on eCommerce platforms
- Photoshop skill for editing listing pictures
- Creation of product detail pages appealing to the target audience
Responsibilities
- Seller Central performance – check product sales
- Maintain Account health – check seller account feedback and remove a negative one
- Grow and manage from 6 to 30 ASINs
- Inventory check: Active listings, Inactive (out of stock), unmerge the ASINs, bans
- Check each listing, detect hijackers
- Continuous improvement of listings conversion, raise sales, maximize profit
- Upsale + Cross Sale: Q&A, wish lists, FBT
- Communication with designers – create scenarios and requirements for Images, A+, packaging
- Identify competitor products at an early stage and analyze the new product for us
- Share interesting product ideas with the CEO
- Product Launch according to the launch plan + documentation
- Monitor and control the sourcing process and researchers
- Promotions, Coupons, Deals (Lightning Deals etc.)
- Compliant reviews generation
- Identify market trends / Amazon trends
- Support the development of new products
- Stay up to date about any new Amazon changes, test and implement them
- Tools: Google Office/Drive, Trello
