Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join the team!

Requirements

• B2/C1 English (written and spoken);
• 6+ months of proven experience in IT outsourcing business, understanding of its processes;
• Accuracy in keeping track of commitments, transparency in status reporting, timely reminding about changes;
• Strong communication skills with a focus on listening and asking the right questions; problem-solving skills;
• Service-oriented approach;
• Experience working with customer support;
• Understanding of how CRM systems work;
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries
• Communicating with customers through various channels (mainly email);
• Knowing our product/service inside and out so that you can answer questions;
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints;
• Follow up on customer interactions;
• Maintain customer databases;
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process;
• Resolving customer complaints.
