Supplier Administration Team Leader (with French skills)

For international company in Lviv we're searching for experienced candidates:

The main objective will be to organize and coordinate the activities of the supplier administration team (5 colleagues) and ensuring the management of the local team in accordance with the company's strategy.

- insure the KPI of the service (quality, productivity and deadline).

- recruit new members in the team and ensure the correct approach to the training and the integration of new collaborators.

- ensure the performance of the team, a good working climate in the team;

- offer operational support on different tasks, missions, projects;

- animate/ motivate the team;

- evaluate employees according to established objectives.

The activity includes 50 % of operational tasks.


Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:

- Experienced in leading and managing a team;

- Previous experience in accounting/ economical field;

- Good level of French – minimum B1 level;


The flow of the recruitment process: interview with the recruiter+logical test (1h) - interview with the manager at the office in Lviv  + on skype the manager from HQ.
