HR Assistant (with French skills)

For international company in Lviv we're searching for suitable candidates:

Qualifications, required work experience, and skills:

- Good level of French – B1-B2;

- A person who likes to work with back office tasks, attentive to details,

- junior profile.

Scuedule: 9 30 – 18 00 Monday-Friday.

The flow of the recruitment process: interview with Recruiter - interview with the manager at the office in Lviv  + on skype the manager from HQ

Main responsibilities:

- Create employment contracts for the French client's employees according to the French legislation.

- Perform the single declaration of employment with the competent authorities.

- Communicate with Store Managers and French employees and offer the support in subjects regarding employment legislation.
