Tasks that will keep you busy:

• Operational risks and incidents analysis;
• Maintenance and administration of the bank's incident database (control of their registration and advising on correction actions to be taken);
• Adaptation and development of internal policies and procedures on operational risks and permanent control;
• Reporting on incidents to the Management Board and to the headquarters of BNP Paribas Group in Paris;
• Participation in Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA);
• Preparation of educational cources on operational risks for all employees of the Bank.

Experience and qualifications required:

• Higher education (Economics/Finance);
• 2+ years of experience in risk management / compliance / audit;
• English at Upper-Intermediate level;
• Result-oriented, responsible, active, energetic;
• With strong analytical skills and drive to constant professional and self-development;
• Proficient in MS Excel.
