Требования: 

  • English - fluent conversational level is a must
  • 2+ years of experience in IT as an Account Manager or another relevant role
  • Strong skills in business development
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate product ideas to clients
  • Presentation and negotiation skills
  • Good with multitasking and time-management

Обязанности: 

  • Maintenance and development of existing clients
  • Provision of services and fulfillment of the terms of contracts
  • Maintaining good relationships (Deploying and maintaining customer satisfaction level)
  • Additional sales  (Upsell / Cross sale)
  • Attraction of new clients (Building referral network)
  • Conducting presentations and business negotiations
  • Development and implementation of customer loyalty programs
  • document management for projects, work with CRM
