Обязанности:
- Maintenance and development of existing clients
- Provision of services and fulfillment of the terms of contracts
- Maintaining good relationships (Deploying and maintaining customer satisfaction level)
- Additional sales (Upsell / Cross sale)
- Attraction of new clients (Building referral network)
- Conducting presentations and business negotiations
- Development and implementation of customer loyalty programs
