SoftServe is seeking a highly-organized and experienced AR/PR Coordinator who will be tasked with supporting SoftServe's public relations and analyst relations strategy. This person will be responsible for executing ongoing AR/PR-related projects, managing third-party agencies, building relationships with targeted media and analysts, drafting press materials, and executing proactive brand-building campaigns. The AR/PR Coordinator is passionate about crafting compelling communications to raise brand awareness and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

The AR/PR Coordinator will report to Senior Manager, Analyst, and Public Relations and assist with the management of daily operations for initiatives across North America, EMEA, and APAC. The role will evolve into daily operations point of contact for SoftServe's PR agency to handle day-to-day management of agency partners, including communicating priorities, reviewing agency-produced work, and managing deadlines.


  • A result-oriented AR/PR professional with experience in strengthening brand credibility and association through increased earned media exposure by prioritizing activities that focus on amplifying prioritized messages and topics with analysts, publications, and influencers which underpin brand and business strategy
  • The holder of a Bachelor's degree in PR, communications, journalism, marketing, or related field
  • A professional 3-4 year experience working in PR, analyst relations, communications, or marketing
  • Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
  • Social media savvy
  • A person with excellent time-management, able to meet tight deadlines while simultaneously managing multiple priorities and projects; solid research skills, and the capability of collaborating and coordinating across multiple time zones
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, strong proofreading skills, and ability to execute through to completion
  • Knowledgeable about professional services or B2B tech spaces


  • Assisting with pitching stories about products, services, and/or customers to media and other influencers
  • Supporting development and distribution of PR materials, including announcements, messaging, pitches, press kits
  • Senior Manager, Analyst, and Public Relations closely to develop executive materials for press briefings, including development of messaging and presentations
  • Leading the interlock between PR and HR Marketing - owning projects and deadlines around the external promotion of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and hiring initiatives
  • Accessing and tracking analyst research reports
  • Building and maintaining media outreach lists
  • Tracking and updating global AR/PR activities and actions - briefings, initiatives, priorities
  • Monitoring news and social media to compile reports on AR/PR successes
  • Identifying and drafting award submissions
  • Recommending speaking opportunities and creating speaker proposals


  • Build a comprehensive global strategy, guidelines, and processes for all AR/PR activities including executive communications
  • Drive a results-driven public relations program - managing development, implementation, and coordination of internal and external strategies with the goal of establishing and maintaining a favorable image of SoftServe with the media, analysts, potential customers, employees, and the public
  • Align with partners to optimize communications activities and maximize earned media mentions
