Primary duties are:

• Full-cycle recruitment across MGID's junior roles (EMEA, and APAC or LATAM regions);
• Scaling and improving the recruitment department's policies and operations for international hiring;
• ATS operations and data collection;
• Market research;
• Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.

Requirements:

• Around 2 years of experience in recruitment (business development/marketing roles preferred);
• Previous experience in an international environment (can be non-work related);
• Experience with direct search;
• Good understanding of recruitment practices;
• Upper-Intermediate English;
• High-level communication skills and ethics.
