We are looking for the Quality control agent with German language to join our team.

Main responsibilities:

• Active using of German and English languages on daily basis;
• Listening records of conversation between customer and company representative in order to provide reports by the given criteria (using both German and English languages);
• Active participation in cross-functional processes to improve the quality of provided services.

Requirements:

• At least advanced both German and English languages;
• Good communication skills;
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
