Product Manager

 MEDOCHEMIE is a Globally Recognised European Pharmaceutical Company headquartered in Cyprus. Medochemie manufactures a wide range of products divided into 10 therapeutic categories, owns 4355 marketing authorizations and operates in 107 countries around the world. Our thirteen separate manufacturing sites are designed to fully comply with European and WHO current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP).

We invite applications from career oriented professionals for the position of the Product Manager, for our offices, in Kiev, Ukraine.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analysing the external factors that may affect marketing activities
• Identifying market opportunities and risks related to products’ group
• Developing the marketing plan for group(s) of products
• Participating in the development and substantiation of promotional plans
• Formatting and monitoring the promotional budget
• Compiling promotional materials according to the approved marketing plan
• Participating in the organization of advertising activities and other specialized scientific events (congresses, conferences, etc.)
• Participating in the development of instructions on the Representative Office's tactics (campaign book)
• Conducting double visits with MRs, providing product trainings, supporting Field Force staff with all necessary information

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors’ degree or higher educational certificate in Medicine or Pharmacy
• At least 2 years as experience in a similar position is required
• Experience in promotion of CNS group is a plus
• Good command of the English Language (both written and verbal)
• Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Additional education in marketing is a plus
