We are looking for an experienced and skilled Compliance Manager to join our friendly community and help us with validation of customer files, evaluation of client-related news and fraud identification.
What you will do:
Validate customer files;
Evaluate client-related negative news;
Work with the incoming flow of KYC documentation and perform KYC analysis;
Identify and decline suspected fraud at the point of origination;
Resolve diverse compliance concerns;
Work with CRM systems.
What you will need:
Proven 2+ years of previous experience in compliance;
Familiarity with KYC procedures and best practices;
Experience in online fraud prevention is preferable;
Minimum the Upper-Intermediate Level of English;
Basic Knowledge of MS Word, Adobe Reader;
Strong analytical skills and multitasking skills;
Ability of handling a variety of assignments;
Attention to details and ability to concentrate on the task in a dynamic environment;
Stress resistance and ability to work under pressure;
Problem solver and critical thinker mindset.
