IT Recruiter

Job Responsibilities:

• Identifying future hiring needs
• Designing job descriptions
• Verifying positions profile and validation of optimal sourcing strategy
• Sourcing candidates through databases
• Social media and referrals
• Conducting interviews
• Filing paperwork
• Tracking the recruitment process in CRM-system
• Coordinating of onboarding process

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in active recruiting;
• Experience in full recruitment life cycle of IT specialists;
• Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes;
• High level of sourcing and interviewing skills;
• Flexible, quickly adapting to new situation and environment;
• Experience building partnership relationships with candidates;
• Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• High motivation;
• English - Intermediate + (spoken and business writing).
