Job Responsibilities:
- Identifying future hiring needs
- Designing job descriptions
- Verifying positions profile and validation of optimal sourcing strategy
- Sourcing candidates through databases
- Social media and referrals
- Conducting interviews
- Filing paperwork
- Tracking the recruitment process in CRM-system
- Coordinating of onboarding process
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in active recruiting;
- Experience in full recruitment life cycle of IT specialists;
- Knowledge of complete recruiting cycle and processes;
- High level of sourcing and interviewing skills;
- Flexible, quickly adapting to new situation and environment;
- Experience building partnership relationships with candidates;
- Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills;
- High motivation;
- English - Intermediate + (spoken and business writing).
