We invite those who fired up to:
- Develop and execute CRM campaigns for SMS, Email, Push, In-App;
- Audience group identification and segmentation;
- Monitor and improve campaigns in order to bring maximum value for both - the customers and the business;
- Localize the campaigns and contents within strategy in key strategic countries in order to provide customers a better experience and improve conversion, cross-sell, and re-activation;
- Develop a CRM plan for the regions including list of campaigns, lifecycles, workflows, contents according to marketing strategies;
- Apply A/B testing approach and effective campaign measurement methodology with regular reporting of results and insights;
- Work with CRM systems.
Essential professional experience:
- Experience in CRM or retention marketing experience;
- 1+ years of experience with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce);
- Understanding of key CRM metrics: TG/CG, ARPU, CLM, ROI, Customer Journey, Channels performance;
- Experience with cross-channel marketing (SMS, Push, In-App);
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence another teams;
- Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions;
- Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system;
- Analytical skills, ability to structure information.
