We invite those who fired up to:

• Develop and execute CRM campaigns for SMS, Email, Push, In-App;
• Audience group identification and segmentation; 
• Monitor and improve campaigns in order to bring maximum value for both - the customers and the business; 
• Localize the campaigns and contents within strategy in key strategic countries in order to provide customers a better experience and improve conversion, cross-sell, and re-activation; 
• Develop a CRM plan for the regions including list of campaigns, lifecycles, workflows, contents according to marketing strategies; 
• Apply A/B testing approach and effective campaign measurement methodology with regular reporting of results and insights; 
• Work with CRM systems.

Essential professional experience:

• Experience in CRM or retention marketing experience; 
• 1+ years of experience with CRM systems (preferably SalesForce); 
• Understanding of key CRM metrics: TG/CG, ARPU, CLM, ROI, Customer Journey, Channels performance; 
• Experience with cross-channel marketing (SMS, Push, In-App); 
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to influence another teams; 
• Strong business sense and a real passion for using data to make decisions;
• Understand general relationships of the product with other components of the system; 
• Analytical skills, ability to structure information.
