Tier 1 Technical Support Engineer

Project description:   world’s first autonomous breach protection platform, which eliminates the need of complex multi-product stacks, making robust breach protection within reach for any organization.

Schedule: 9AM-6PM (GMT+3, Kyiv time)

 Mandatory Requirements: 

• Ability to speak in English
• Basic understanding of the Windows environment
• Customer Service and Communication Skills
• Troubleshooting
• AD, LDAP
• Most popular Linux commands/utilities
• Virtualization
• Networking
• Firewalls
• NOC duties and goals
• Knowledge about most common Cyber Security attacks
• Experience in work with foreign customers of enterprise organizations

Main Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration and finetune products remote and on-site;
• Working with customers to ensure full deployment and support;
• Create supporting documentation for customers;
• Provide formal remote and onsite training with on the job training to customers;
• Provide Tier1-2 support — include deep investigation, provide workaround to various problems while meeting SLAs;
• Working closely with the SoC, Research and Development teams to ensure quick resolution;
• Understand customer needs and help to shape product
