Audit Analyst

We are looking for AUDIT ANALYST to join our team to maintain the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring uninterrupted freight audit process..

YOU will be involved in:

• Navigating through and use ControlPay web-platform and support tools;
• Analyzing clients’ data and putting in the system what is required for further Shipment Audit Process;
• Analysis of data to identify problematic areas;
• Resolving complicated operational issues or mistakes in shipment data analysis;
• Collaborating with IT professionals to setup effective business rules;
• Analyzing and updating functional specifications;
• Communicating with our customers (via ControlPay internal system);
• Assisting clients with the configuration of the application based on their workflow and business needs.

Person we are looking for:

YOU need to:

• Have 1 year of experience on the analyst position;
• Know English on the Upper-Intermediate level (or above);
• Be proficient in MS Office (Excel knowledge is on high priority);
• Have strong analytical skills;
• Have experience working with Jira (as a plus);
• Have logistics knowledge (as a plus).
