Junior Recruiter

Our main task is to build and maintain the company’s recruitment service at the highest level, both for external candidates and for internal customers.

You will be challenged in attracting candidates for the various business support teams which include IT,  Marketing, Finance & Accounting, International Business Development, etc.

Requirements:

• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills, including English not less than upper-intermediate;  
• High attention to detail, particularly when it comes to editing job descriptions, messaging candidates, and scheduling;
• Analytical thinking; 
• Ability to multitask and accurately complete assignments with competing deadlines; 
• Highly organized. Ability to plan and prioritize in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment; 
• Desire to work with complex tasks, to develop as a professional in the recruitment direction;

Will be a plus:

• At least minimal job experience in a similar position will be an advantage; 

Responsibilities:

• Assist recruiting team in screening resumes, sourcing, identifying, and selecting suitable candidates for the company; 
• Send out all bulk email (e.g. confirming receipt of applications, rejection emails); 
• Promote relevant candidate experience throughout the hiring process; 
• Providing prompt and effective communication to candidates and recruiter during the hiring process;
• Participate in recruiting and corporate events;
