Customer support representative / service assistant (UK market)

An IT company with headquarters in Ireland and Ukraine is looking for young, smart and passionate-about-customer-service people for a Customer Support Representative position.
This position will be suitable for:

To become a CSR, you need to have:
- Excellent communication, written, speaking skills;
- B2 Upper-Intermediate - C1 Advanced level of English (Received Pronunciation will be an advantage);
- Problem-solving skills and multitasking abilities;
- Patience when handling tough cases and be stress-resistant;
- A previous experience in Customer Support Service and/or Gambling will be an advantage.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering top-notch customer service to existing and potential customers by means of chat (70%), emails (20%) and phone communication (10%);
- Responding promptly to customers’ inquiries and resolving customers’ complaints;
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues and management.
