• Already worked as a recruiter in an IT company and/or in a recruiting agency, knows the specifics of our profession;
• Knows search channels in different directions and professional platforms for communication of specialists (social networks, labor community);
• Knows how to interest the candidate from the first proposal and not give the letter a chance to go unanswered;
• Can work with digital instruments
• English level at least Upper-Intermediate
