SoftServe, a leading provider of digital business solutions and digital engineering services, is looking for an Associate to join its recently created Strategy Management Office (SMO). The company originally started in Ukraine, is now headquartered in the US, and has been demonstrating record growth over the last 5 years, tripling its revenue and expanding its presence to 9 countries globally. 

Strategy Management Office, created in mid-2020, has a team of top-consulting firm. The team supports the Board and C-suite in driving the growth of the company and transformation of the organization. The Associate will work jointly with the SMO team and company executives on developing the next level of strategic initiatives to reach SoftServe’s ambitious growth targets.

YOU ARE

• A stellar academic performer with a master's degree in Maths, IT, Economics, Finance, Management, or related discipline. If you have an MBA, it would be a clear advantage
• An early career professional with 2-5 years of experience in corporate development, corporate strategy, management consulting, or private equity area. If you have experience in Big-4, large reputable Ukrainian companies, or international organizations, it’s spot on!
• An achiever with a proven track record of completed projects with measurable results
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
• A sharp problem-solver with sound business judgment, structured and analytical mind, and strong quant and modeling skills
• A result-oriented owner who can drive work without much supervision
• Resilient and able to navigate through ambiguity
• An excellent written/verbal communicator, and presenter to senior stakeholders

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH

Different stakeholders across the organization with different levels of seniority on designing, granularizing, implementing, and tracking the strategic initiatives. 

You will independently

• Identify and diagnose existing and prospective business problems
• Gather and structure data from multiple sources (internal/external) 
• Perform a rigorous quantitative and qualitative analysis (incl. financial modeling and industry analysis) and generate insights
• Draft recommendations and proposals
• Draft detailed implementation plans and support execution 
• Evaluate outcomes
