Business Analyst (GameDev)

«EJaw» is a Ukrainian game studio. We provide a full game development life cycle, based on our own resources. Mainly, we are developing games using the Unity engine, and are more than excited to share our strong professional skills to help you to launch successful and high-margin games.

Required skills

• 0,5-1 year in game development, mobile apps, web development industry
• Experience engaging with software development and QA teams
• Hands-on experience in Agile, SDLC, and Project Management methodologies
• Business analysis skills, including the ability to gather requirements from PM and Leads and communicate them to delivery teams
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Google Sheets etc.

Will be a plus

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and such frameworks as Kanban and Scrum
• Fluent written and spoken English (В1)
• Experience in GameDev.

Duties

• Gather and consolidate business requirements for several projects (Web, Mobile)
• Review and keep up to date the projects work products: Epics, Use cases, Diagrams, User stories etc
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to identify and prioritise improvements, tasks, and targets
• Work with UI designer on mock-ups
• Flow requirements from business to technical teams ensuring developing teams have a clear vision
• Team support during development and testing stages.
