Partnership & Operations Manager

We are currently searching for a Partnership & Operations Manager to join our Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be working closely with the company's key stakeholders (CEOs, CMOs, Head of Partnerships, team leads) and partners (Facebook, Google, Apple, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining long lasting relationships and addressing all the ongoing issues with the company’s existing partners.

• Building new partnerships in line with the company’s goals.

• Coordinating operational workflows in close cooperation with the company’s administrative teams. 

• Supporting Genesis businesses with opening of credit lines & business accounts, getting access to the partner platform betas / features / new tools etc.

• Assistance in arranging strategic and educational sessions with the Genesis key partners.

• Regular review of the contracts and negotiation of the contract terms to reflect the company’s business needs.

• Preparing regular status updates for the partners.

• Identifying operational gaps and helping refine processes for operational efficiency.

Key qualifications of ideal candidate:

• Fluent spoken and written English.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• A proven track record of implementing processes / procedures / policies from scratch.

• Experience in managing projects or teams.

• Responsibility and a keen eye for detail.

• Good command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• 2.5+ year minimal work experience.

• Background in Big-4, Operations, international law firms would be an advantage.
