Responsibilities 

• You will be responsible for the economic performance of the business units you will be in charge of in Decathlon Ukraine (retail activity).

• You increase the efficiency of both our P&L and Balance sheet by obtaining the right business decisions.

• You are the financial expert of our investments and business development projects.

WHO ARE YOU

- You have at least 5 years of experience in management controlling.

- You love sport and the spirit of the sport: the game, the rules, the strategy, the victory and the pleasure of all...

- You love to work as a team, not as an alone specialist. You love freedom and responsibility.

- You are a reference in organization, able to be precise, meticulous and prioritize any task under stress.

- You have a pioneer-startup mindset, agile and flexible.

- You love innovation, and you are ready to create new system, new organization, and new strategies in line with our vision.

- You love people, users, customers and products.

- You are focused on the “why” and not on the “how”. You are not afraid of giving your confidence.

- You are Russian/Ukrainian speaker and fluent in English (French would be a plus).

- Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
