Talent Acquisition Manager

We`re looking for Talent Acquisition Manager to join our HR Team in one of the largest Retail Energy Businesses in Ukraine (HC 1300+). If you are proactive & highly experienced Professional, who is looking for new challenges, eager to broad your HR experience and co-create with our team - you are highly welcomed.

Responsibilities:

• Run full cycle of recruitment and adaptation processes for HQ of the holding and coordinate recruitment process in other operating companies (5 legal entities in total with 1300 headcounts);
• Play the role of HR BP for HQ team (100 headcounts based in Kyiv, Unit City);
• Upgrade, implement and control the system of recruitment and onboarding;
• Coordinate and mentor 3 functional subordinates responsible for recruitment and onboarding processes in regional offices;
• Participate in other HR projects aimed to drive culture change and build client centricity;
• Foster open and collaborative communications in the team to achieve the company targets.

Requirements:

• Higher education (preferably in management or psychology)
• Profound experience in recruitment and onboarding of personnel (preferably in big production, system international companies or leading recruiting agencies)
• Previous experience in building the system of recruitment/onboarding will be a plus;
• Upper-Intermediate level of written and verbal English communication skills
• Responsible and result oriented, proactive professional with high level of autonomy and EQ, learning agility and desire to contribute to the overall team spirit and success.
