Business Analyst
Requirements
Technical Requirements
• 2+ years of experience as a full-time (or a part-time equivalent) Business Analyst in IT;
• Strong knowledge of the BA tasks and techniques (BABOK v3);
• Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies (especially Scrum and Kanban);
• Proficiency in creation, documenting and structuring requirements (User Stories, Use Cases,
Functional and Non-functional requirements);
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Draw.io (or similar);
• Knowledge of modeling notations (UML, BPMN).
Would be a plus
• Knowledge of client-server architecture, network protocols, API, mobile platforms;
• Project Management Skills
Language Requirements
• Fluent in English (min. B2 -level)
• German language will be plus

Functional Requirements
• Participate together with a Product Owner in gathering and clarifying requirements from
stakeholders;
• Document requirements in a technical way, organize, structure and decompose them according to
the project needs and best practices;
• Participate in Grooming sessions with development team;
• Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts;
• Perform market research and identifying customers needs.
• Be accountable to a Business Owner and together define a product backlog.
