Daily Todos:

• Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using professional networks, databases, job boards, social media, and through referrals

• Participating in preparing job descriptions

• Interviewing candidates at various stages of the recruitment process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person meetings)

• Keeping records in the recruitment database

• Participating in internal recruitment programs and initiatives (for example, referral program)

• Participating in other internal procedures and HR activities upon request of the Head of HR department

• Taking an active part in Company events and initiatives

Required qualifications and skills:

• 2+ year of experience as a Recruiter

• Understanding and successful hiring, experience with Ukrainian market

• Good interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques

• Experience in using various personnel search channels: job sites, Linkedin, Facebook, Upwork, Telegram channels)

• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills (both orally and in writing)

• Advanced level of English is a must

• Knowledge of recruitment CRM systems

• Time-management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks

• Advanced knowledge of Excel/Sheets

• Initiative, energetic and enthusiastic
