- Full cycle of recruitment (active candidate’s screening, selection; organization and conduction of interviews; testing; writing feedbacks and so on)
- Participation in decision making process about hiring new employees
- Onboarding and assimilation of new employees

- Networking and building relationships through industry contacts and employees
- Technical Events/Conferences visiting
Vacancy requirements:
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in an IT company
- Strong background in active recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong decision making skills
- Able to handle multitasking effectively

- English level — Intermediate or higher
