We are looking for C&B Manager to join our HR Team in one of the largest Retail Energy Businesses in Ukraine (HC 1300+). MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES will include, but are not limited to

  • Development and implementation of C&B Policies & Procedures as per Company guidelines;
  • Labor Market Analysis including participation in salary surveys (Hay, E&Y etc)
  • Contribution to a consistent job grading across the Company as per Hay Methodology;
  • Consulting & guidance to the Company`s employees and Line Managers on all C&B related questions;
  • Close cooperation with local C&B Specialists in regional offices;
  • Analysis of existing C&B system and development of the respective recommendations aimed to drive the effectiveness;
  • Management of budgeting process;
  • Monitoring & payout of variable pay as per determined KPIs;
  • Conducting Annual Salary Review;
  • Manage communication with employees on all C&B related topics;
  • Participation in other Functional and Cross-Functional projects under Line Manager approval

Core knowledge & skills

  • University degree in economics/business administration or similar qualification;
  • 5+ years of previous experience in HR area (preferred at least 2 years in C&B) with big multinational FMCG or large-scale production companies with mature HR systems;
  • Knowledge of Labor Code and Labor Market for particular area of responsibility as well as Tax & Social security regulations and implications;
  • Hay Job Evaluation Methodology;
  • Well-developed analytical & communication skills, high level of emotional intelligence and interpersonal savvy. Ability to work in a team and stand alone;
  • Responsible and result oriented, proactive professional with high level of Business Acumen and ability to see the holistic picture. High level of learning agility;
  • MS Office, SAP HR and/or other HR IS systems will be a plus;
  • Minimum upper intermediate level of English – both written and oral
