F&B Manager

BURSA Brand is searching for a Food & Beverage Manager who will be responsible for all SUPRA, 1818rooftop bar and events & catering operations, excellent guest experience, restaurant and bar performance and growth. This is one of the most important roles in the company since we are striving to provide a high-end service to each customer and ensure an exquisite F&B experience. We are looking for a leader who will train, manage, supervise, develop and discipline all the team members. A leader who will oversee the function of all Food and Beverage facilities, sales and costs to ensure maximum departmental profit is achieved. F&B manager has an opportunity to grow very fast and have an extraordinary career in hospitality, restaurant business and real estate development. You are going to work long hours and dedicate most of your time to work. BURSA is now standing at a very important milestone therefore we have lots of work to do. Our perfect F&B Manager must possess a strong sense of customer service and interpersonal skills to include high integrity and respects for everyone. The F&B Manager must demonstrate solid communication skills, strong critical and analytical thinking skills, and appreciation for diversity(thought, ethnic, gender, etc.).

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as F&B Manager
• Perfect English (fluent)
• Willingness to work in the dynamic environment
• Working knowledge of various computer software programs
• Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
• Mastery in delegating multiple tasks
