Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in IT recruiting in a product, outsourcing companies or recruiting agencies;
- Experience in leading a full-cycle recruitment process;
- Excellent knowledge of sourcing and recruitment techniques including social media;
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (interviewing, selecting, negotiating job offers);
- Knowledge of various recruiting tools;
- Intermediate level of English;
- High communication and negotiation skills;
- Thinking out of the box, creative, proactive person.
Desirable:
- Experience in direct search and headhunting;
- Familiarity with ATSs.
What would you do:
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles to move candidates through the interview process as smoothly and quickly as possible;
- Support candidates on all stages of the recruitment flow;
- Screen candidates' resumes, conduct interviews, give feedback to candidates;
- Create, and publish job profiles and distribute them on social media channels and relevant job boards;
- Recruitment database maintenance in ATS;
- To be ready for a quickly changing environment and position prioritization according to business needs.
